About the Role
We are hiring Over-The-Road (OTR) Reefer Drivers to join a team where consistent freight and strong support keep you on the road and on track to hit your goals. This role is designed for drivers who want to earn top pay in an environment that values their output. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities.
Drivers can expect to be out 2-3 weeks at a time. Our modern equipment is equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio. We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring that drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
