About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team that values your contribution to the fleet's success. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. The role focuses on 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook opportunities, allowing you to maximize your time on the road.
Drivers typically spend 2-3 weeks out at a time. You will have access to 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring you can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
