About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team dedicated to consistent freight and strong support to help you hit your goals. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. The role features 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities, allowing you to focus on the road rather than loading and unloading.
Drivers can expect to be out for 2-3 weeks at a time. The position offers a collaborative environment with 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring that drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
