About the Role
We are hiring OTR Reefer Drivers to build a career where consistent freight and strong support keep you on the road and on track to hit your goals. This role is designed for drivers who want to earn top pay in an environment that values their output. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers handling 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop and hook opportunities.
You will be out for 2-3 weeks at a time, enjoying a modern cab equipped with amenities like an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio. Our commitment to you extends beyond the road; with 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
