About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team that values your contribution to our mission of top-tier logistics. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers, handling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook. The role is designed for drivers who want to build a career where safety and support are paramount.
Drivers can expect to be out 2-3 weeks at a time. We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring that drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. Our equipment is equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
