About the Role

We are hiring OTR Flatbed Drivers for a position featuring 100% no-touch freight. While tarping and securing loads are required, you will not be handling the cargo itself. This role is designed for experienced drivers or those ready to learn; we train motivated drivers with at least six months of recent tractor-trailer experience.

As a Decker driver, you are more than just an employee—you are part of a family. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.

Day in the Life

You can expect to be out on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time, allowing you to earn top pay while still being home on weekends. The role offers weekly pay with monthly bonus opportunities and an annual CPM increase. We provide 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring you can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed.
