TeamQRT Group has been delivering Thomas Built School Buses since 1980. As a specialized OTR bus transport company, we operate differently than traditional driveaway firms. Our core mission relies on a collaborative approach where drivers travel in groups of 3–5, with one driver per vehicle, to deliver buses throughout the U.S. and Canada.
About the Role
This is an Over-The-Road (OTR) Independent Contractor position focused on driving new Thomas Built School Buses. You will join a convoy of drivers, departing from High Point, NC, to various delivery locations. The role requires a team-oriented mindset, as you will coordinate closely with a Lead Driver before each trip departs and travel back to the pick-up location as a group upon completion.
While the position is non-forced dispatch, allowing you to choose when you want to drive, you must commit to at least one trip per month to remain active. The role involves staying on the road for multiple days depending on drop-off locations, with a requirement to attend in-person onboarding in High Point, NC.
Hiring Process & Application
To join the team, you must attend an in-person onboarding session in High Point, NC. The process includes a local road test and a review of your driving reports and employment history. Applicants with a completed SAP program must be at least 7 years clear of completion to be considered. Additionally, any accidents in the last 3 years must be supported by an accident report before your application can be processed.

Requirements
