We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure your focus remains on the road.
For Solo Drivers, the average is 2,000+ miles per week with a clear path to earning over $1,750 weekly for top performers. Team Drivers can expect an average of 5,000 miles per week with a starting split of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or we offer sponsorship programs to bring a family member or friend on board.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL). SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications; please contact a recruiter for specific details.
