About the Role
Premier Transportation is seeking Class-A CDL Tractor Trailer Drivers to join our team making driver-friendly, no-touch deliveries for a major retailer. We provide our drivers with automatic Freightliner tractors (2022-2026 models) to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience on the road.
This role is designed for drivers who value consistency and home time. Depending on the package you choose, you will be assigned to the Southeast, Midwest, or run all regions. Drivers can expect to average 2,500+ miles per week while enjoying weekly home time on our regional packages or extended time on the road for our OTR opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive pay packages tailored to your driving preferences, with weekly averages ranging from $1,400 to $2,000. In addition to base pay, we provide a $1,000 annual longevity bonus, unlimited $100 clean inspection bonuses, a $100 monthly safety bonus, and a $1,200 driver referral bonus.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k) matching, dental, vision, health, and life insurance, as well as paid time off. We also offer owner-operator and lease-purchase opportunities for those who own their own trucks, with potential earnings up to $250,000 per year and company-paid auto liability.
