About the Team
Premier Transportation is dedicated to providing driver-friendly experiences through no-touch deliveries for a major retailer. We equip our drivers with automatic Freightliner tractors (2022-2026 models) to ensure a comfortable and efficient journey.
About the Role
We are hiring Class-A CDL Tractor Trailer Drivers for regional and over-the-road positions. Drivers are assigned specific packages based on their preferred home time and geographic reach, ranging from Southeast-only routes to national coverage. The role involves hauling 2,500+ miles per week with no-touch freight, ensuring a focus on driving rather than loading or unloading.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can choose from three distinct packages to match their lifestyle:
- SE Regional: 5 days out in the Southeast; average $1,400–$1,600/week.
- Regional: 5 days out covering Southeast and Midwest; average $1,600–$1,800/week.
- OTR: 10 days out running all regions; average $1,800–$2,000/week.
In addition to weekly earnings, drivers receive a $1,000 annual longevity bonus, unlimited $100 clean inspection bonuses, a $100 monthly safety bonus, and a $1,200 driver referral bonus. Comprehensive benefits include 401(k), dental, vision, health, and life insurance, along with paid time off.
Owner Operator Opportunities
Drivers who already own a truck can inquire about Owner Operator and Lease Purchase opportunities, offering potential earnings up to $250,000 per year with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and company-paid auto liability.
