The Get Your CDL Program
We believe in paying you to build your future. Unlike traditional CDL schools where you pay tuition and receive no income, Roehl hires you as an employee on day one. You are paid while you complete your three-week CDL Class A training, which is available at multiple locations across the country. During this period, we provide lodging and most meals.
Once you obtain your license, you transition into on-the-job training as a long-haul truck driver. Our drivers are on track to earn $70,000+ annually. This program is designed for those ready to grow with a company that values safety and stability.

Training takes place at our various terminals, including:
- Marshfield Headquarters: 1916 E. 29th Street, Marshfield, WI
- Appleton Terminal: 6915 County Rd BB, Neenah, WI
- Atlanta Terminal: 4215 Bowman Industrial Ct., Conley, GA
- Chicago Area Terminal: 6700 W. 15th Ave., Gary, IN
- Phoenix Terminal: 4909 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Phoenix, AZ
