About the Role

We are seeking a safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver / Operator with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements to join our team in the Youngstown and Warren, OH area. This role is designed for individuals who take pride in the safe and proper execution of industrial jobs across all service lines. You will supervise and complete single-task jobs requiring one crew, as well as manage turnarounds with management oversight at client sites.

Your day-to-day involves operating specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks, hydroblasting units, and Ultra High-Pressure pumps. You will be responsible for energizing pumping and cleaning equipment, performing routine maintenance in the field, and ensuring all work conforms to company and customer specifications. As a key member of the team, you may direct a crew of vacuum technicians and serve as the on-site safety representative, handling emergency response and administrative functions. This position requires significant travel (75-100%) within the region and flexibility to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
