About the Role
We are seeking a Class A CDL Driver / Operator with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements to join our team in the Youngstown and Warren, OH area. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about safety and ready to execute jobs across all service lines. As a Class A Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC Industrial jobs, supervising single-task crews and completing turnarounds with management oversight at client sites.
Your day will involve hands-on operation of specialized equipment, including vacuum trucks, hydroblasting units, and Ultra High-Pressure pumps. You will ensure operations, safety, and emergency response protocols are followed while performing routine maintenance and directing crews of vacuum technicians. This position requires significant travel (75-100%) within the region and the flexibility to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- verifiedClass A CDL License required with no restrictions
- verifiedMust be licensed to drive manual transmission
- verifiedHAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements required
- verifiedTWIC card required or must be able to obtain
- verifiedExperience operating a vacuum truck
- verifiedWorking knowledge of operating wet and dry vacuum equipment
- verifiedLanguage proficiency: understand English to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions
