We handle the operational complexities so you can focus on managing your business and transitioning into truck ownership.
About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will operate within a dedicated fleet of 2023–2026 model automatic trucks. The role is designed for owner-operators who want to secure their own equipment without the traditional financial barriers. You will be assigned 100% refrigerated freight from an expansive customer network, ensuring no brokered freight and consistent work. A dedicated fleet manager is assigned to keep you loaded, and you will have the option to utilize customer trailers with no rental fees.
Program Highlights
We have structured this program to make the transition to ownership seamless. There is no money down, no credit check, and no hidden fees—all costs are disclosed upfront. The lease terms range from 3 to 4 years and include a 100% walk-away option. Drivers benefit from a $1 balloon payment, a manufacturer warranty on the truck, and no out-of-pocket maintenance costs. Additionally, you will enjoy big fuel discounts of up to $1 off per gallon and access to terminal locations in all major markets.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of experience and OTR background. Applicants should have no more than three moving violations or two preventable accidents in the last three years. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply to join our team of lease contractors.
