By teaming up with one of the country's largest carriers, the company provides partner contractors access to an expansive nationwide freight network. About the Role
This opportunity is designed for Owner Operators who want to focus on managing their business and becoming truck owners simultaneously. The program prioritizes lease purchase drivers, offering a streamlined path to ownership with $0 money down and no credit check required. Drivers will operate 100% refrigerated freight within an expansive customer network, ensuring consistent work without reliance on brokered freight.
The role includes access to a dedicated fleet manager to keep drivers loaded, the use of customer trailers with no rental fees, and a fleet of 2023–2026 model automatic trucks. Drivers can expect big fuel discounts (up to $1 off per gallon), 50% drop-and-hook no-touch freight, and pre-loaded trailers. The program features a 24-hour support system and 24/7 dispatch, along with a manufacturer warranty on the truck and no out-of-pocket maintenance costs.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. Applicants should have no more than three moving violations or two preventable accidents in the last three years; all driver records will be reviewed individually. Qualified candidates can expect a lease term ranging from 3 to 4 years with a 100% walk-away option, no hidden fees, and a $1 balloon payment.
