This opportunity is designed for owner-operators who want to focus on managing their business while transitioning into truck ownership. The role prioritizes lease purchase drivers, offering a streamlined path to becoming a truck owner. Drivers will operate within a dedicated fleet network featuring 100% refrigerated freight, ensuring consistent work without reliance on brokered loads. The program supports drivers with dedicated fleet managers to keep them loaded and provides access to 2023–2026 model automatic trucks.

The lease structure is designed to be accessible and transparent. There is no money down, no credit check, and no interest charged. The program features a 100% walk-away lease with no hidden fees, as all costs are disclosed upfront. Drivers benefit from a $1 balloon payment option and a manufacturer warranty on the truck, with no out-of-pocket maintenance costs. Additionally, drivers can utilize customer trailers with no rental fees and enjoy big fuel discounts of up to $1 off per gallon.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually to ensure suitability for the program. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of experience and have no more than three moving violations or two preventable accidents in the last three years. The organization offers 24/7 dispatch and a 24-hour support system to assist drivers throughout their tenure.
