Harpers Puts Priority on Our Lease Purchase Drivers
We make it easy to get started. As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will earn 82% of gross line haul plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. You will be working with 100% refrigerated freight and an expansive customer freight network that includes no brokered freight, ensuring you stay rolling. You will have a dedicated fleet manager to keep you loaded and the option to use customer trailers with no rental fee.
Program Details
Our program features 2023–2026 model trucks, all automatics, and welcomes owner operators. The leases range from 3–4 years with a 100% walk-away lease structure. There are no hidden fees, no down payment, no interest, and no credit check required. A $1 balloon payment is the only financial commitment at the end of the term. Additionally, you benefit from a manufacturer warranty on the truck and no out-of-pocket maintenance costs.
Support and Benefits
Drivers enjoy terminal locations in all major markets and big fuel discounts up to $1 off per gallon. The role includes 50% drop and hook no-touch freight, pre-loaded trailers, and a 24-hour support system with 24/7 dispatch.
Requirements
To participate, drivers must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates must have OTR experience and no more than 3 moving violations or 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years. All driver records will be reviewed individually.
