About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will operate within a dedicated fleet of 2023–2026 model automatic trucks. The role is designed for owner-operators who want to own their equipment without the traditional financial barriers. You will be assigned 100% refrigerated freight from an expansive customer network, ensuring no brokered freight and consistent work. A dedicated fleet manager is assigned to keep you loaded, supported by 24/7 dispatch and a 24-hour support system.
Program Highlights
We have structured this program to make getting started as easy as possible. There is no money down, no credit check, and no interest charged. The lease terms range from 3 to 4 years and include a 100% walk-away option with no hidden fees—all costs are disclosed upfront. Drivers benefit from a $1 balloon payment, manufacturer warranties on the trucks, and no out-of-pocket maintenance costs. Additionally, you can utilize customer trailers with no rental fees and enjoy big fuel discounts of up to $1 off per gallon.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. Applicants should have no more than three moving violations or two preventable accidents in the last three years. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply to join our team of lease contractors.
