About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will operate within a dedicated fleet of 2023–2026 model automatic trucks. The role is designed for owner-operators who want to secure their own equipment without the traditional financial barriers. You will be assigned 100% refrigerated freight from an expansive customer network, ensuring consistent work without reliance on brokered loads. A dedicated fleet manager is assigned to keep you loaded, supported by 24/7 dispatch and a 24-hour support system.
Program Highlights
We have structured this program to make the transition to ownership seamless. The lease terms range from 3 to 4 years and feature a 100% walk-away option with no hidden fees—all costs are disclosed upfront. Drivers benefit from $0 money down, no credit checks, and no interest charges, with only a $1 balloon payment required at the end of the term. Additionally, you will utilize customer trailers with no rental fees and enjoy manufacturer warranties on the trucks, eliminating out-of-pocket maintenance costs.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually to ensure a good fit for our network. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. We review moving violations and preventable accidents on a case-by-case basis, typically looking for no more than three moving violations and two preventable accidents in the last three years.
