About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team setup, we provide the consistent miles and freight needed to maximize your earnings.
Solo OTR drivers average over 2,000 miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning $1,600+ weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one, or we welcome you to bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers can expect an average of 5,000 miles per week with split starting pay ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM.
We prioritize driver well-being and retention by providing newer equipment averaging 18 months old and maintaining convenient home-base terminals. Drivers also benefit from 24/7 support and paid orientation to ensure a smooth start.
Application & Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A License (CDL A) and being at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least three months of verifiable experience and pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years.
