About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our team for Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul positions. This role offers flexibility in equipment types, including Live Haul, Dry Van, Power Only, and Refrigerated units. Drivers can expect an average of 1,000 to 3,500 miles per week, with a gross weekly average pay ranging from $300 to $10,000. Compensation is paid weekly, and drivers retain 78% of the load rate.
Home Time & Schedule
This position typically involves being on the road for 15 to 30 days at a time. While there is no guaranteed time off on weekends, drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if they choose. The role requires 40% driver load and unload duties.
Equipment & Requirements
We accept trucks of any age, though overdimensional trucks are not permitted. To qualify, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate-only operation. Additionally, applicants must have at least two years of OTR experience.
Orientation & Travel
Orientation is an unpaid process, but we cover accommodation and travel expenses. During orientation, drivers are provided with their own room; however, meals are not included.
