About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team on long-haul routes. This position offers the opportunity to earn competitive pay ranging from 57 to 64 cents per mile, based on experience and location. Drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week with consistent freight and miles.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a specialized program with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners) and starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist in building your team.

Hiring Process & Qualifications
To apply, candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain strict safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
