About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward consistent performance. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,725 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you may bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week.
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. We provide convenient home-base terminals and strive to deliver consistent miles and paychecks. Whether you are looking for solo OTR opportunities or a team partnership, we offer flexible home time options to suit your lifestyle.

Requirements
- verifiedClass A License (CDL A)
- verified21 years or older
- verified3 months of verifiable experience
- verifiedNo more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
