About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team, we provide the structure and support needed for a successful career on the road.
Solo OTR drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,725 weekly. On average, our drivers earn $83,200 per year. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one, or we welcome you to bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week.
We provide newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, and maintain convenient home-base terminals to ensure consistent miles and paychecks. Drivers have the flexibility to choose home time that works for their lifestyle.

Requirements

- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
