About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team, we provide the flexibility to choose a home time schedule that works for your life.
Solo OTR drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers earning over $1,725 weekly. Team drivers are supported by our Team Match program to help find the right partner if you don't have one, or you may bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers split a starting pay rate of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM and average 5,000 miles per week.
We invest in our drivers with newer equipment averaging 18 months old and maintain convenient home-base terminals to ensure consistent miles and paychecks. We also offer a sponsorship program for those looking to bring a teammate on board.
