About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our fleet, offering a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and reliability. Drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with consistent freight, earning between $57 and $64 CPM based on experience and location. Top performers in the top 20% of our Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers earn approximately $1,700 weekly.

For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust program with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners) and an average of 5,000 miles per week. Starting pay for teams ranges from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates on board.

We provide newer equipment averaging 18 months old and maintain convenient home-base terminals to ensure your comfort and efficiency. Drivers receive 24/7 support and paid orientation to get started. Additional perks include paid vacation after one year, tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Application Process

Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and possess at least 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates with a DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) or drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) are not eligible. SAP drivers are also ineligible for hire.
