About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking a CDL-A Driver for a dedicated account in Ridgefield, WA. This role is designed for drivers who value consistent home time and prefer a mix of driving and hands-on work. You will operate on a regional lane starting in Ridgefield, covering routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California. All freight is dry, and the role involves unloading trailers using rollers, typically handling 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load.
Schedule & Home Time
This position offers a 34-hour weekly reset, ensuring drivers return home regularly. While days off vary based on freight demands, the schedule accommodates both day and night shifts. During the holiday season, time off may be reduced to meet demand, while other periods may offer additional time off depending on operational needs.
Equipment & Parking
Drivers living more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA, must have a safe, authorized place to park their truck.
