About the Role
Launch your driving career as a CDL-A Trainee by learning side-by-side with experienced drivers. This role is designed to immerse you in the daily rhythm of route deliveries, allowing you to master the operation of late-model equipment while supporting critical loading, unloading, and freight securement tasks. You will serve as the face of McLane, providing professional and courteous service to our customers while adhering to strict DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Your day-to-day involves performing pre- and post-trip inspections, utilizing ELDs and routing technology to maintain efficient runs, and participating in ongoing training to progress from a trainee to a solo CDL-A driver. This position offers a stable, full-time opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment that emphasizes safety compliance and operational excellence.
Hiring Process
