We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering opportunities for both solo and team operations. Solo drivers can expect a consistent schedule with an average of 2,000+ miles per week, typically spending 12 days on the road followed by 2 days at home. Our top-performing solo drivers earn over $1,525 weekly, with an average annual income of $78,000.
For those looking to drive with a partner, we offer a competitive Team Driver program. Team drivers average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist in bringing new teammates on board.

Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability on the road. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We provide paid orientation to get you started and tuition reimbursement to support your professional growth.
Application & Hiring
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are restrictions regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions based on the timeframe and CDL status. Drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) history are not eligible for hire.
