About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team, we provide the flexibility to choose home time that works for your lifestyle.
Solo OTR drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,725 weekly. On average, our drivers earn $83,200 per year. For those interested in team driving, we offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split) and an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist in bringing new teammates on board.
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. We maintain convenient home-base terminals to support our drivers throughout their routes.

Requirements

- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
