We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward consistent performance. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,725 weekly. On average, drivers earn $83,200 per year. We offer flexible home time options to help you choose a schedule that works for your life.
For those interested in team driving, we provide a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you may bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers split a starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM and average 5,000 miles per week. We also offer sponsorship programs for those looking to bring a teammate on board.
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability on the road. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and provide consistent miles and paychecks. Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles, ranging from $0.54 to $0.60 CPM depending on the route and experience level.
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A/CLP. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
Safety is a priority. We require no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
