About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and consistency. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team, we provide the flexibility and support you need to succeed on the road.
Solo OTR drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers earning over $1,725 weekly. Our newer equipment averages just 18 months old, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you can bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers split a starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM and average 5,000 miles per week.
We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers and a $5,000 split bonus for teams. Our compensation structure includes trip pay based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.54 to $0.60 CPM depending on the route and your experience level. Drivers can also choose home time that works best for their lifestyle, supported by convenient home-base terminals across the network.

Requirements

- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
