We are seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and experience. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with pay rates ranging from 57 to 64 CPM, while top performers in the top 20% of our Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers earn up to $1,700 weekly. We provide consistent miles and freight to ensure steady work.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity. Team drivers can earn split pay rates starting between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right companion, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist in bringing new teammates on board.
Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability on the road. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We also offer paid orientation to get you started smoothly.
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. All applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving history requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions based on the timeframe and CDL status. Drivers currently in the SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) program are not eligible for hire.
