About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers to join our regional team, focusing on consistent miles and reliable home time. This position offers the opportunity to drive modern equipment on routes that primarily feature 100% no-touch freight, including refrigerated, frozen, and occasional dry van loads.
Equipment & Support
Drivers will operate late-model trucks (2022–2026 Peterbilt, Volvo, and Freightliner) equipped with automatic transmissions, APU, and a full suite of amenities including Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and satellite radio hookups. The fleet is governed for optimal efficiency and comfort. We provide 24/7 maintenance and dispatch support to ensure smooth operations.
Hiring Process
Our orientation program is a 3-day session held in Fort Dodge, IA. We offer travel options including rental cars, plane tickets, or reimbursement for personal vehicles to attend. Candidates must complete a physical and drug screening as part of the onboarding process. Orientation pay of $500 is provided upon completion.
