In this dynamic position, you will assess patient symptoms and concerns during both walk-in visits and scheduled appointments to determine the necessary level of care. Your expertise guides patients through the healthcare system, whether that means a routine clinic visit, a referral to urgent care, or an emergency department transfer.
Beyond clinical assessment, this role is deeply rooted in patient education and care coordination. You will empower patients with knowledge about their symptoms, medications, and self-care strategies while collaborating closely with providers and clinic staff to optimize clinic flow. As a key member of the medical team, you will maintain the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and established clinical protocols.

Requirements
