The Infusion Center is a 20-chair clinical department dedicated to the safe and efficient delivery of infusion therapies. We provide patient-centered care through an interdisciplinary team approach, supported by coordinated nursing services, standardized clinical workflows, and a supportive environment that promotes comfort, safety, and high-quality infusion services.
About the Role
As a Per Diem Registered Nurse on the Medical Oncology unit at Robert Packer Hospital, you will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care in an acute care environment. Your focus will be on delivering coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, and evidence-based quality care to patients and families. You will address individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, applying appropriate care strategies throughout the patient's lifespan.
You will practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in the state of employment, the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the ANA scope and standards of practice. Your role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while advocating for ethical and holistic care that promotes patient autonomy and dignity.

Requirements
- verifiedRegistered Nurse license in the state of employment

- verifiedAt least one year of experience or transition from NLRN Program
- verifiedProficiency in electronic health records and IT systems
