We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse to join our care team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact

As a Treatment Nurse, you will be the cornerstone of our wound care initiatives. You will perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments, ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of care. Your role involves monitoring and documenting the healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns with meticulous attention to detail.

Communication is key in this position. You will serve as a vital link between physicians, families, and the care team, effectively discussing care plans and evaluating residents' nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing. Additionally, you will review lab results to promptly respond to signs of infection and educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols. Your flexibility will also be valued as you assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for a professional who holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state. While experience in wound care and treatment procedures is preferred, your passion for resident-centered care is paramount. You should possess strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills, thriving in an environment where you can work independently while contributing to a team-centered culture.
