About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our Cary Tryon location. In this role, you will be the face of our practice, helping patients feel confident and cared for from their very first phone call through every step of their treatment journey. You will manage provider schedules to ensure efficiency, assist with insurance details, and ensure financial arrangements are handled smoothly. Your goal is to deliver the signature 5-star experience that defines our practice, presenting treatment plans with professionalism to promote case acceptance while maintaining a tidy and inviting lobby.
