About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, providing direct patient care throughout the entire care continuum. This on-site role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic clinical setting. You will assess patient needs, administer medications, and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and support staff.
Your day will involve more than just clinical tasks; you will be an educator and advocate for patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, medication regimens, and follow-up care with clarity and compassion. You will document accurately in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, monitor patient status closely, and initiate timely interventions when changes occur. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to precept new nurses and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that shape the future of our department.

Requirements
