About the Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will be at the heart of our patient-centered care, working within a highly technical, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the best possible care, valued for your compassion and your dedication to continually improving the patient experience.

In this role, you will render professional nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). You will direct and supervise team members, ensuring age and developmentally appropriate care is delivered in accordance with unit standards. Beyond clinical duties, you will assume responsibility for patient and family education, create a safe and therapeutic environment, and ensure accurate, timely communication of patient information.
