About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will serve at the heart of our patient-centered care model. This highly technical, fast-paced position requires you to work closely with multidisciplinary team members to deliver the best possible care to our patients. You will be valued for your compassion and your drive to continually improve the patient experience.
In this role, you will render professional nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). You will direct and supervise team members while collaborating across disciplines to provide age-appropriate care. Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- verifiedBSN Preferred
- verifiedCurrent license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas
- verifiedCurrent Basic Life Support Certification
- verifiedMinimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program
