We are looking for a full-time HVAC Field Service Technician to join our Services team. In this role, you will be part of a 100% regional/national travel position (Monday through Friday), ensuring high-quality service for our diverse client base. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in an independent work environment while maintaining exceptional communication and integrity.
You will serve as a key technical resource, performing system commissioning for commercial buildings, including air/water balance, indoor air quality (IAQ) testing, equipment start-up, and quality assurance testing. A significant part of your day involves writing technical reports for customers and providing rapid, thorough technical support to resolve issues for both customers and contractors. You will also make recommendations for service enhancements to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience with all equipment types and nearly all OEMs. You will work with a company vehicle, tools, and a laptop/tablet provided by the company, along with a credit card for travel expenses. The role includes paid travel and training, with opportunities to achieve professional certifications such as NEBB. Additionally, hotel and airfare loyalty points earned during travel are yours to keep.
Candidates must pass a driving record check and be willing to rent cars through National or Enterprise under company guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity, a penchant for high quality, and a strong work ethic with self-accountability.
