We are seeking a full-time HVAC Field Service Technician to join our Services team. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in an environment of independent work and high-level service excellence. You will be the face of our company at major commercial sites, ensuring our clients' systems operate at peak efficiency.
In this position, you will perform system commissioning for commercial buildings, including Air/Water Balance, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing, equipment start-up, and Quality Assurance (QA) testing. You will write technical reports for customers, provide rapid technical support to resolve issues, and recommend service enhancements to meet evolving customer needs. This is a 100% regional or national travel role, offering the opportunity to gain experience with all equipment types and nearly all OEMs.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and integrity while maintaining a high level of service excellence. You will work independently with a positive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and a service leadership philosophy. Weekends are off, and you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while traveling.
