We are hiring a Traveling Fuel Technician Apprentice to work hands-on in the field servicing fuel stations. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, don't mind being on the road, and are seeking steady work with opportunities for overtime and career advancement. While mechanical experience is a plus, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for those willing to learn.
As an apprentice, you will be responsible for calibrating fuel pumps to ensure accuracy, performing minor maintenance on dispensing equipment, and setting up tools at various job sites. You will utilize basic technology to record work details and drive a company truck to locations across multiple states. This is a travel-heavy position where you may be on the road for weeks at a time, with hotels provided and a weekly per diem to support your travels.
Candidates must be local to the DFW area. The application process includes a review of your background and a requirement to pass a company-paid DOT physical and drug screen.
