About the Position
United Health Care Staffing is seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Technician to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This 13-week contract role focuses on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging within an outpatient setting. The position is designed for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to patient comfort and safety.
In this role, you will perform a wide range of OB/GYN ultrasound scans, including first, second, and third-trimester studies, as well as high-risk OB imaging and fetal anatomical surveys. You will also conduct general ultrasound procedures covering the abdomen, pelvis, small parts, and neonatal imaging. Success in this position requires the ability to operate GE ultrasound equipment efficiently and maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC EMR system while collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare teams.
