Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a skilled nursing facility in Glendive, MT. You will provide evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders in an interdisciplinary long-term care setting. Your work will contribute to improved communication, swallowing safety, and quality of life for medically complex patients.
You will work with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans of care, document progress, and support discharge planning and family education. This role offers a 13-week contract starting ASAP, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Candidates may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
