About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Assistant in Mountain View, CA, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment. This 13-week contract offers a dynamic day-to-day experience where you will guide patients through exercises, monitor sessions, and assist with physical needs such as massaging and stretching muscles. Your responsibilities include setting up therapy equipment, sanitizing the therapy area, and ensuring patient safety by lifting or moving patients as necessary. Additionally, you will serve as a point of contact by answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, ensuring the smooth operation of the therapy department.
