About the Role
We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire and commitment to learn.
Under the direction of the Physical Therapist, you will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning, and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System. You will also be involved in the further development of services. Flexibility is key, as you must be able to meet the needs of the system across many different facilities.
