Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEvaluate and treat adult outpatient orthopedic patients with back, neck, and shoulder pain
- check_circleDeliver post-operative rehabilitation for patients following joint replacement surgeries
- check_circleMaintain strict 1:1 patient ratios throughout all treatment sessions
- check_circleParticipate in weekend call rotation on a 1:4 schedule
- check_circleDocument patient care accurately in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Requirements
- verifiedMaster of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- verifiedActive and unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Kentucky)
- verifiedMinimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- verifiedDemonstrated experience treating general outpatient orthopedic conditions including back, neck, and shoulder pain
- verifiedExperience with joint replacement rehabilitation
Nice to Have
Experience with general medical inpatient populations. Familiarity with post-surgical joint replacement care in an inpatient setting. Outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal communication skills.
