We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join our team in Springfield, Ohio, providing essential rehabilitation services for inpatient acute care and step-down patients. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy services to maximize functional outcomes and facilitate safe discharge planning. You will collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery, mobility, and patient safety. The position involves performing standardized and non-standardized assessments, documenting progress, and modifying treatment plans as indicated. You will also participate in clinical education and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall care delivery.
